Shipping details
- Olivia Rubin uses SF Express service.
 - When your order is shipped from the warehouse, the system will send a "delivery email notification" and the order's tracking number will be listed in the email. You can check the order delivery status on the SF Express website.
 - If you need to agree on a delivery time, please contact SF Express customer service in advance.
 - Please make sure the phone number you filled in when submitting your order is correct so that the courier can contact you smoothly.

Shipping details

 - When your order arrives at the designated SF Express station, SF Express will send you a mobile phone SMS notification for pickup.
 - When you pick up your parcel at an SF service point, you must present the confirmation SMS sent by SF Express. The parcel can only be picked up after being verified by the clerk at the SF service point.
 - Please note that you need to pick up your order at the selected SF Express station within 3 days after the pickup notification message is sent. Overdue orders will be recovered by SF Express. You can call SF Express’s customer service hotline to reschedule pickup.
 - Please make sure the phone number you filled in when submitting your order is correct so that the courier can contact you smoothly.

無條件換貨的定義
- 瑕疵和產品品質問題
 - 產品顏色、圖案、型號及材料與網站上描述的不相符
 - 尺碼錯誤或大小不合適
 - 不喜歡此產品或購買錯誤
 - 物流問題
 
退還產品時需保持購買時的完好狀況,即產品表面沒有刮痕、磨損或破損、使用過等,產品需保持原有的品質和功能,產品外包裝亦需完好無損。
如需申請換貨,需提供訂單並將該訂單內的所有產品全部退回。不接受部分換貨。
換貨申請及預約
如需要進行換貨,請於24小時前通過Whatsapp進行預約並到門市進行換貨處理,如沒有預約者恕不招待。聯絡時請提供訂單編號、原因及貨品照片。若退換貨時所提供的資訊不足,我們有權拒絕申請。
